OMG, just hire her! Kelli was a literal angel. Sadly earlier this year I lost my dad to cancer and with less than 6 months to the wedding, I was a mess. Kelli stepped in seamlessly; helped us find the rest of our vendor "dream team", answered emails, and took care of logistics when I was just not capable of handling it. Kelli was amazing and literally the best money we spent for the entire wedding.
In the weeks leading up to the wedding, she was always there to help with a problem or to be the person to calm my nerves. The week of the wedding she was out literal rock star and even went as far as to scale a 20-foot wall to get fresh hops for my husbands boutonniere. During the wedding festivities, she was working it well above and beyond what her contract said her responsibilities were. Mike and I will forever be in her debt for everything that she did for us to make our day perfect.
Do yourself a favor and hire Kelli immediately! It was easily our best-spent money of our wedding budget. We were in the market for day-of coordinator, but decided to go with Kelli's partial planning" package for just a couple hundred more, which we're so glad we did because it was well worth it. She assisted with so many details well in advance of the wedding - vendor communications, recommendations, in-person meetings, timelines, and so much more. She also went above and beyond to provide extra assistance at every opportunity she could, which was a huge relief to me and especially my mom. Any time we were stressed or feeling overwhelmed, she was there to calm our nerves.Our wedding ended up being perfect in every way, due in no small part to Kelli. We are endlessly grateful!
